Requirements:
English – B2H
Technical knowledge/experience
Key Responsibilities:

∙ To provide administrative support and deliver effective security admin processes
∙ To work with ITIL methodologies and best practices where appropriate 
∙ To sustain policies aligned with the business' needs, produce appropriate documentation, and ensure adherence to all SOX processes 
∙ To govern processes and administration for all joiners, leavers, transfers, removals and privileged access for the local and global user community
∙ To supply communications and act as first point of contact when keeping end users informed of IT developments and procedures
∙ To ensure all compliance reporting is performed in a timely manner
∙ To offer first level support to the business and to react accordingly to any incidents
